These terms apply to all bookings with Natali Hehenkamp. By confirming a booking, you agree to the conditions below.
A deposit (or full prepayment) is needed to hold your date and time. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is processed. Deposits are non-refundable by default — they cover the time blocked in the calendar and the preparation involved. In exceptional cases, a deposit may be marked refundable at my discretion.
Bridal and wedding deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing, given the long lead time and dedicated preparation involved.
Customer cancellations: please let me know as soon as you can. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If I need to cancel your appointment, you'll receive either a full refund or a free reschedule on a date of your choosing.
Travel within the Netherlands is calculated at €0.35 per kilometre from Eindhoven. For destination weddings in Europe, a personal quotation is made for you.
Final pricing depends on the service, location, group size and timing. Quotes are confirmed in writing before payment.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Accepted methods include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and in-salon settlement where applicable.
