Bookings are only confirmed after a deposit or full prepayment has been received. Dates and times are not secured until payment is processed.

Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made with Natali Hehenkamp. By confirming a booking you agree to the conditions below.
Bridal bookings
Bridal and wedding bookings may require a larger non-refundable deposit due to the time blocked in the calendar and pre-event preparation.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Specific cancellation windows are confirmed at the time of booking.
Travel costs
Travel costs may apply depending on the location of your appointment and are calculated based on distance from Amsterdam.
Pricing
Final pricing depends on the selected service, location, group size and timing. Quotes are confirmed in writing prior to payment.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Accepted methods include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and in-salon settlement where applicable.
